Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not accepted within 48 hours of the pickup date.

Change of Pickup Date
We require 48 hours notice for any changes to your pickup date.
To request a change, please email info@sonderdessert.com with your order details and preferred new pickup date.
Damages
Once your order has been collected, we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage during transport or after pickup.
Please ensure your cakes are transported and stored carefully.
Delivery
We currently offer pickup only from our Sunnybank Hills store.
Product Ingredients/ Allergens
Unless stated otherwise, our products contain eggs, dairy, and gluten, and may contain nuts.
Please contact us before ordering if you have specific allergen concerns.
Storage
Please refrigerate your cakes as soon as possible after collection and keep them chilled until serving.
